All orders will have a flat rate applied at the time of checkout, the rates are as follows:

  • Tootsies Shoe Market does not ship orders to the United States or internationally
  • Shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses
  • All rural addresses with a ‘0’ in the postal code as the second digit will be subject to a $2.00 surcharge
  • Shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses due to shipper restrictions
  • Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent

Order Processing Times & Order Tracking

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they ship (this does not include weekends and holidays).  You will receive an e-mail confirmation, from Canada Post, with the shipping tracking number when your order ships.  Occasionally, we may ship multiple piece orders out from multiple locations to get your order to you as fast as possible.  In this case, you will receive more than one e-mail containing tracking information. You can also track the status of your order in My Account.

Order Cancellations

Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order.  You may cancel your order or parts of your order if it has not yet been dispatched by Tootsies Shoe Market.  Tootsies Shoe Market will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee.  However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.  Tootsies Shoe Market also reserves the right to cancel your order if:

  • You provide an unauthorized credit card
  • We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
  • You provide invalid personal details

Tootsies Shoe Market will notify you before cancelling your order.
